Our office participates with Mutual of Omaha, Aetna, Sun Life Financial, United Concordia Elite, Cigna, Equitable, MetLife, Lincoln Financial, and United Healthcare. We are also glad to submit your insurance to other providers and accept payment sent to our office. We realize that insurance is complex, and we will do our best to help you maximize your dental benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket cost.
